Application:
Solid insulated non-filled cables are designed for duct use and aerial installation
in local telephone network. At the environmental temperature of -30 to 60 centigrade,
both the mechanical and electrical properties of the cable remain unchanged.

Structure:
Conductor: Annealed bare copper, sizes 0.32, 0.40, 0.50, 0.60, 0.70, 0.80, 0.90mm.
Insulation: PE, color coded in accordance with standard telephone industry code.
Twisted Pairs: Individual conductors twisted into pairs with varying lay length and
with specified color combinations to provide pair identification.
Cable Assembly: Cables having 25 pairs are assembled in a single group. Cables having less than 25 pairs are stranded by layers.
Cables having more than 25 pairs are assembled in unit. each individually
identified by color coded binders. Spare pairs will be added to the cable core
with 100 pairs and/or more.
Core Covering: Cable core is longitudinally covered or wrapped with polyester film
over which the suitable tape will be binded according to the requirement.
Shield: A corrugated (or non-corrugated) AL tape with both sides plastic coated
is applied to longitudinally wrap the core covering with two edges overlapped and
overlap seam sealed.
Jacket: Black low mid or high density polyethylene.
Identification and marking: Cable type name of manufacturer and year of manufacture
are permanently surface marked on jacket. Markings are located at no more than
alternate 1 m intervals.
Other Constructions: Other non-filled cable with different insulation, all kinds
of armored cables and aerial cables as well as other different jackets cables are
available according to the site or user's requirement
